You'll notice that each area of Board responsibility is listed twice (an "A" and "B" version for each question). We are asking you to answer each item, first personally [example: 1A) HRM's Mission and Vision - Personal], and then second, to answer where you think the Board is as a unit [example: 1B) HRM's Mission and Vision - The Board]. The answers are formatted very similarly to the document Harvey emailed out before the Board meeting.
